OK, two weeks ago I went to Home Depot and bought about $400 worth of tools and stuff... And when I got home and looked at my receipt, they didn't charge me for 10 pieces of 2' x 4' MDF at $7.50 a pop... So I got $75 bucks of MDF for free!
Then today, I had to go buy some new tools including a Dremel because I killed my last one...
I got home, and for whatever reason, they didn't charge me for the Dremel... Which was bizarre, because they asked me if I wanted the extended warranty for it. So, that was a free $80. I also noticed they overcharged me $10 for a ladder I bought, but I figured I'd let that slide. ;)
I left Wal-Mart yesterday and noticed the cashier couldn't count as I was pulling off... I bought something for $13.85... paid with $15.00 and she gave me $2.15 change... SCORE !

Bought 2 bags of smoothstone gravel for my fish tank @ $15 each. I overestimated the amount I'd need for the new tank, and returned 1 unused bag the next day. The chick @ the counter gave me $30 credit for returning the 1 bag. WTF? Teh math is not strong with high school grads these days...

I got arrested last night and got a $153 fine but SC statutes limits it at $100. Score!

Boo hoo. They should train their employees to carry out basic math before putting them on the register.

They don't have to even do math. Most register systems do all of the work for you. Manntis' example was of not paying attention to the # of items on the reciept.
