i was next to be in the waterbox that sucked! it wouldnt have sucked so much if i woulda seen it happen though. we left before they flipped it back but i had fun watching the idiots and not to mention i got a new best time for my car

I was standing right next to it when it happened. I wish I had my video camera.

The lady came up to me because i had a camera bag and asked "did you get the truck on video".... i said "no i sure didn't, i was in line to race *my* car..........was that you who wrecked the truck?" LOL.

sure enough it was her, she said she just got out of control and with the back end of the truck being so light she couldn't stop the fishtailing and off she went. I didn't tell her, but next time i recommend her to take her foot off the gas :)

To be honest she didn't look *that* bad for a mom that attends Shadey Side driving a primered truck :)

heather and I walked down the track after they closed and looked where she hit. It didnt really look that bad. I found pliers on the track. Yay for me! We also got to talk to the owner of shady side for a little while. He seems like a pretty nice guy. I told him how much we like the midnight races. He said they're not doing it until 2 anymore because not enough people were staying after 12.

Stupid women drivers, hehe :tongue:

yeah i got trav and jeremy on video but i lost my firewire so I had to transfer it thru speaker wire. the minivan (PT cruiser) went 9.66 at 73.5mph. not bad but im sure it will go high 8s with drag radials.

i ran a 10.8@64...but i know i would have gotten a faster time that night. i short shifted and also redlighted bc i rolled out of the beams so i sat there for a little bit. i know i will never get a good time at greer though:mad:

what mods do you have anyway?

short ram intake, catback, advanced timing, act clutch, short throw shifter, and energy suspension motor and torque mounts. that's about it as far as performance.

just tein s-tech springs. i thought you just wanted to know performance mods. if you want to know the rest i have erebuni gtr front bumper, 18% tint, 17" katana concept 5 rims, jl12w0, infinity mids, momo carbon fiber shift knob and leather boot, indiglo gauges..and probably some things i cant think of. i'm in bad need of some struts and shocks. just ask chris, im starting to get a ricer bounce going on sometimes.

oh and cody...you asked what was wrong with travis's car....i didn't realize until i watched the video how much he babied it into each gear. that's b/c as we were getting on 85 his shifter broke.
