A couple of weeks ago I felt like getting a raw ham. I had to cure it, which took about 10 days. When it was done curing, I had to freeze it for about a week since I didn't have the time to smoke it until today. Here are the results:

It turned out to be a pretty impressive piece of meat (about 12 pounds cut down to about 10).
