It runs from the drive shaft to the rear bogie wheels. The wheels are attached to teh rails of your "skid" that also contain your hifaxes. The drive shaft goes into a chaincase, with the large bottom gear attached to the drive shaft. The bottom gear is connected to the top gear via the HYVO chain. The small top gear is bolted directly to the jack-shaft that goes across the tunnel to the secondary clutch. The secondary clutch is connected to the primary clutch via a drive belt, and the primary clutch is press fit to the crankshaft. There are even a few 1500+ two stroke triples in the works from a couple custom shops. Supper 02-19-2009, 09:06 PM here are some real world numbers: 7psi @ 7500+ elevation = 180hp 10psi @ 7500+ elevation = 200hp But, the numbers change when you go from the ball bearing turbo Boondocker kits, to the Aerocharger kits, etc... |
