Have not had her since she was a puppy. My sisters friend kind of dumped her upon me around 5 years ago. At the time, she was incontinent, had blood in her urine (vet said it was from bladder and/or kidney stones, had a serious ear infection which smells to all hell, would growl at you and try and bite your hand if you woke her up, tried to take her food (this is in stark contrast to my Black Lab who I have had since she was a puppy).

Last night was the final straw. She was sitting begging for food which I fucking hate) so I told her to get lost. She wouldn't do it so I whipped her on the ass pretty good and she went high tailing it for my bedroom. Unfortunatley, I left the door open. She gets up on my bed and takes a very big piss all over my bed. I'm fucking livid at this point. I literally pick her up by her collar and chuck her the fuck outside and tie her up. She stays out there for awhile whimpering and howling to come back in, but I don't give a fuck. I kept her out there for about an hour to think of what a fucking moron she is.

I'm at my end with this dog and I just fucking want her gone. What does TFL think?

Yes. I would guess that she is between 12-15 years old. She lived in a kennel most of her life prior to her being dumped upon me.

A dog that is very defensive (feeding, waking up), pees when you yell at it, etc., is just an abused dog. It's very afraid, very often.

My friend has chihuahuas that do the leg nip thing. I have often wanted to bring my lab over to scare the damn things in to not nipping at my leg. I can see the chihuahuas running to the corner and taking a piss/shit once my dog growls at them to protect me. Little dogs are fucking stupid.

It is sick. It had bladder and or kidney stones. I took it to the vet with my own money after it was pissing up blood when I got it. They wanted to do surgery but said there was something along the lines of a 60% chance of survival.

If you're not happy, and the dog's not happy, and the dog is old, and the dog isn't healthy, then it's probably time for him to go. At least there's no emotional attachment to make things difficult.

See 1revn's comment and then go back and read the OP. Dog is 12-15 (I assume) I got it about 5 years ago. Try training a 10 yr old beagle after the damage had already been done.
