In the attempts to not less of a whiny asshole, what's the deal here? I hear suggestions here and there but are there any changes being planned (other than those already implemented)?

I'm adding some new features. Right now, I'm too busy putting out fires to make many big changes. I brought back smack talk. Also, I'll be doing some marketing of the forum that I hope will be pretty helpful. I've decided to just ban the big problem-causers. I don't have time to make any changes when I'm constantly running around cleaning up messes that will scare away new users.


Have any suggestions?

I think we need to organize some forum raids! I bet there are some purse forums that are just asking for it. Get the two forums together (TFL and Chat Syndrome) and spam other boards with TFL/Chat Syndrome links. Bring in new blood and go from there.

I didn't get as much done as I wanted to tonight due to having to ban half the active members but tomorrow I'm planning on starting a tricky little forum spamming method I've known about for a while.

Forum moderations, If I were a "normal" person and browsed into this forum and saw all the hate and bullshit that some of the elders bestow upon newbies then I wouldn't bother with coming here, I would walk away to a forum that is more used for a forum then bashing eachother. Unfortunately I'm not normal.

Moderate older forums or delete them, get some new ones started along with daily updates on news events and such.

Color theme, seems kinda dark and depressing, don't get me wrong I dooooo love the color blue but hype it up a bit, change things around, make this a new beginning for some wonderful friendships.

Unban the crybabys, after all they did keep this forum alive enough for you to now own it. Give them their own little section only members with like 1000 post can go to so they can cry about it there.

Once things settle down a bit I'll start posting some news and what not. I agree, if I saw people acting like they did here, I wouldn't join either. I think I'm going to change the chat box to a chat room that drops down or opens in a new window.

You can change to the 56k theme at the bottom left of this page. There is also a default theme but I have it disable ATM. I'll enable it once we decide on a chat solution.

The people who were banned will automatically be unbanned when their points expire. The longest this can take is 10 days. It all depends on how many points they racked up.
