The guy has pancreatic cancer. Most of the patients I've known of don't last much longer than 90 days after being diagnosed.
I'll never forget Swayze's epic scene in Roadhouse when he rips the guys throat out. I'll also never forget the line before that, when the dude says "I used to fuck guys like you in prison".

I understand that they caught it fairly early and that it hasn't spread and is responding to treatment.
This cancer kills most since by the time u find out it's there the cancer has had an orgy at ur expense.

Yeah... honestly the first thing I think about when I hear his name is Dirty Dancing, and how I hate EVERYTHING about that movie..
Roadhouse was good, but not good enough to rank this guy on my 'give a shit' scale after the epic performance which was Dirty Dancing.
