Getting married and joining the army together is one of the strangest damn things I've ever heard. My fiance and I were both in ROTC in HS and college, but we weren't enrolled in ROTC long enough to be commissioned via ROTC in college. Something we were gonna do anyway at one time, however we just put it off because we weren't sure at the time about it. I guess you have to be into this sort of thing. From what I've heard with a bachelors you are automatically accepted to become an officer. You must take the AFOQT or similar aptitude test in order to be accepted to OTS/OCS. Just because you have a BA in basket weaving does not give you the ability to command or lead.
