I am quite surprised to have no real injuries when i wasnt even wearing my seatbelt. I Had an MRI taken on Thursday. I will have the results on MOnday.

I may not have one. Probably just have to take what the car is worth (about 1500) and go with it. Start over from square one. Sucks when ya get screwed over like that.

Save those medical bills if you don't plan on going with a lawyer. You are entitled to a bodily injury payout from the other guy's insurance. Well, it may be different in Florida, but that's how it works in California.

Having said that, fuck your "medical" lawsuit bullshit. If I were a judge, I would throw you out on your ass. Have your insurance company pay for your car, rental car, and everything else, but if you weren't wearing your seatbelt, medical is your fucking problem, regardless of how stupid the other guy was.

seriously though, sucks to hear about the accident. buy it back, and let me get 1st dibs on parts you aren't keeping. :P alot of people junk the weatherstripping. don't junk it! i'll pay you for it if its not peeling away from the car like it is on most 240sx's.
i would just buy a s14 shell and toss it all in. at least now you'll have the chance to strip it down, and paint the frame. no more two tone inside vs. outside. you got the chance the do it right! s15 frontends are kind of played anyway!
or do something new! how about a rb powered FD?
yeah, and don't forget about your pain and suffering. pain and suffering can buy alot of car parts.

RB240 03-13-2006, 01:34 PM i actually have a large herniation (sp) of the lower back. the disc related to the last vertibrae (sp) that meets the ass bone is ruptured but this had nothing to do with "not wearing a seat belt" it was from slamming on my break and the impact of the collission made its way up my leg and stopped at that point.

I wasn't bashing 240's. Although they are generally old shitty cars. I was making light of the fact that that thing was primered black and looked like it was riding on donuts in the rear. Now he has the opportunity to get a car that isn't a piece of shit, so despite the fact that he may have been slightly injured and his car totalled, something good will come out of it.

the reason it was primered black was because it broke down on me in the middle of "fixing it up" and well since body kits do not come the color of your car I got bored one day and decided to make it all one color which believe me looked a HELL of a lot better than 3 or 4 different colors. As for the RIMS, well I have a pair of Volk rims on the way. Not my fault it takes forever to bring them in from japan. I was actually going to slap the sides and rear on and have it painted here very shortly since it was going to take some modifcation on the sides which were coming off an s15.
SOrry we obviously dont all make as much as money that you do and my car is a piece of shit in your eyes. Not that I should have to explain myself but I did anyways.
