I say tough shit. He is smart to note he's english speaking considering the lawn care industry is inundated with immigrants. It gives him a foot up against the competition. Also, only illegals are going to be harassed by a Border Patrol hat which happens to be a federal agency. If they are working for the county, then the county needs to be investigated. I think his marketing is great and totally legal. I'm not sure about his state but most states can fire him for pretty much whatever they want so he'll most likely lose his case. Their demands aren't entirely unreasonable.

I don't see anything wrong with that, since its not like he's calling ins or boarder patrol on illegal workers then taking thier job. All hes doing is just showing that he is an american who speaks english and has a weird sense of humor.

Not that I agree, but adding the facts of that interview up leads one to see that the man was doing it in an obviously condascending manner. Some old white guy with "English Speaking American" on the side of his truck does not mean he is some unassuming guy who didn't know any better. If he is like any other English Speaking American day laborer that I know, he hates Mexicans, ******s, Jews, Chinks, and whatever else. He was more than likely doing it to prove a point, as is also evidenced by the hat that "his son gave him as a present".

Again not that I agree with PC bullshit at all, but you can obviously see why people were mad (albeit they are probably giant pussies for caring in the first place)
