Is it because the justice system and jurors are racist?
Is it coincidence?
Is it due to the fact that IQ is dispaportional to penis size and larger penises can be tied to higher concentrations of male hormones in their system, which in turn makes them more suspectable to violence and one track minded in how they deal with certain situations?

I can see the NAACP coming out swinging and saying that because he is black he has been scapegoated, singled-out, and maybe even set-up.

What REALLY pisses me off is black people who blame white racism for their problems. The Giants manager/team groupie who blamed the new Barry Bonds book written by those two SF Chronicle reporters on racism pissed me off, but not more than Barry's "They let him do it because he's a white boy" quote (regarding Mark McGwire's alleged steroid use during his home-run streak). I've been called racist by black people, and there are few things that make me more angry.
If you act like an asshole to me, you're going to get treated like an asshole by me. No exceptions.
