Since it looks like nothing much is going on here, I thought I'd post some pictures I took today of the ws6...
I took off the side moldings from the doors and quarter panels yesterday - I had kind of been wanting to do it for a while, and thought it would be something different that a lot of people haven't done to their firebirds... Here's a pic:

Also, I took a pic of my bro's SS in the reflection of my ws6 badge:

raced the SS against the Ws6 yet? I have my money on the WS6. Does his SS have LT1 or LS1?

Mark, I have raced Jesse - on the street only though. It's never consistent... It's always from a 30 or 45 roll and for every one that I win, he wins one. I'll pull on him to 100, but the next race he'll pull on me to 100. Very odd.. Neither is much faster than the other.
However, he has run a best 1/4 time of 12.4 (with an 1/8 of 7.99) at 110+. That was with only an exhaust cutout and stock everything else - even tires. He hasn't duplicated that run, and his other runs were in the mid to high 13's. ;)

a 12.4 stock? 7.99 in the 1/8th!!?? Ive seen SS's with LS1s run high-to-mid 8s stock in the 1/8th..but in the 7s? How was that one run so much differnt than the otehrs? Must have gotten that perfect launch, weather was perfect, etc...wow...thats awesome..now like you said, a mid to high 13s sounds just right for a SS..

i thought he had a intake and shifter but that might have been tim. i know a guy with a 01 SS 6-spd who ran a 8.60 bone stock. But he also got in my friends all stock '01 GT and cut a 1.95 60-ft and 8.95 et. Hes a good driver i guess.
