COsborne:
Just wanted to give you a bit of a heads up... was looking at my book for my PMC and it stated that a spark cut will "wash" away oil from your chamber. That is why EFI Systems uses a fuel cut.
Now, don't get me wrong, I still want to find a way to cut my spark. I guess what I'm trying to say is it seems that it could do damage if done very frequently. Still, you've got a very sweet ride and cool videos.

Thanks for the warning but the more fuel that is dumped in a rotary, the more oil that is dumped with it. I may be wrong but Im fairly sure Im thinking right on that.

Ya know, good point. I also think you may be able to mix a tad in your gas tank. I know there's some arguments on that one, but I might give it a try .
Your rev limiter is set by your stand alone system right?

I am running premix. The haltech has a 2 step rev limiter that I use to lower the rev limit.

fuel cut in a turbo charged car is DANGEROUS. Especially rotaries. running lean @ 15 psi or higher could mean bye bye engine.

Fuel cut at high load can be dangerous to a lot of engines turbo or not. Hopefully my car is okay :) If spark cut is washing away fuel then that would at most be the face in the combustion phase. In a fraction of a second it would be back around getting more oil.
