hey i placed a order with yall. but at the end of transaction it said it didnt go thru. but i checked my sisters back account and it said it did. i would like to know what is going on. if you could call me or write me asap it would be helpfull thank you

If the billing address you entered does not match the billing address on your credit card it will fail on our end however, the credit card company will see it as a hold for several days. You can call them and have them remove the hold and then try the transaction again. We do not have any money from you and the order has not been placed. If you'd like we can manually process it but 99% of the time this happens it is due to the customer entering the wrong billing address.

ok well it said if i had it shipped to a buisness it would be cheaper shipping. so do i need to reorder it and jus get it sent to my sistershouse

Please reply to our emails without deleting anything from them. It makes it easier to track your problem.
When you check out there are three shipping settings. One is for the customer contact address, one is a shipping address, the other is the billing address.
The customer contact address should be your house. The shipping address will be the business the hood is going to. The billing address is your sister's exact address where she receives her credit card statements.
You should place the order again and use those values for the addresses. Thanks and I'm sorry for the confusion.

no there not. idid everything like it told me to do. i put in were i want it shipped. i put in the customer information bout the credit card.theres no shipping settings. so i will find someone else to order from this is the worst service i ever had. i will be sure to post that on your customer feed back so other people wont get screwed over like me.

Okay, I'm sorry the internet is so complicated. I'll propose the simplification of the standardized ordering system that 1300 people before you have figured out. Customer service matters to us so if even one person out of 1300 can't figure it out, we consider it to be too complicated. so your calling me stupid.when i go in there i will tell u step by step what it says. it says shipping address i enter it were i want it shipped aka my brother work then next it goes to shipping rate it says individual rate. then it sayadd comments. then payment method. which i enterd her name and card info all that.then theres the confirmation page. so were the hell is the place to put in three different address or even to enter a billing address. obiviously your the ones who dont even know about your own websit.

Upon clicking checkout there is a heading that says "Delivery Information". This is where you will find the shipping address. It is labeled "Shipping Address". There is also an arrow pointing to it.
On the next page you will see "Payment Information" this is the page where you enter your payment information including the BILLING ADDRESS. The current billing address has a giant white arrow pointing to it and you can change this by clicking "Change Address".
The other address is changed within your order profile and you specified it when you signed up.
