Does anyone know any shops that will do a swap in a 240??
I'm pretty sure i'm gonna get one and do the SR20DET swap, but I havent' found any places in Columbia that will do it.
I'll be doing it this summer after i sell my Z28.... of course i'll be adding a body kit, FMIC, full exhaust, BOV.....etc etc

ill do it... <img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> cant be too hard. &nbsp;you just send the KA and SR harness and they will modify them for $100. &nbsp;that way, its just plug and play. &nbsp;great, huh? &nbsp;there is a guy in MB that does it professionally, that would be about $4k all installed i think. &nbsp;ill have to get his # again. &nbsp;there is also a shop in atlanta called Unstable Hybrids (http://www.unstablehybrids.com) that will do it for like 4,100 installed too. &nbsp;let me konw if you want more info...

jeff kype of EPIC motorsports - in Myrtle beach though. he's the best around here. he knows his $hit man. hes working on-proly finished now-on his own sr20det 240 now, but hes done it before- good rates too. he can get the motor or whatever *u need man. call him up-843-457-3307. tell him steve sent u.and as far as the drive goes-look at it this way ull make it back a lot faster than when u came down.:)

good man, i wanna help!! &nbsp;i plan on installing mine myself too. &nbsp;ive got an engine hoist, what else do you need? &nbsp;id get the wiring harness done by a shop though. &nbsp;maybe that guy in MB or heavy throttle will do it for $100... &nbsp;then, its pretty much just bolt in. &nbsp;this is hurleyboi by the way, im at clints house though. &nbsp;im me sometime: &nbsp;hurleyboi514

pish posh screw all this paying people a few grand to swap... man do it yourself...if you break it fix it...you'll learn a ton from your car by doing it yourself. And ask alot of questions to the people that have done it.
