Palumbo 12-04-2005, 10:20 PM which looks like the better movie? personally, i wanna see both real bad, they look like keepers. if i were to pick one, id say Syriana. But damn, Munich is a decimal point behind. discuss clean85owner 12-05-2005, 08:08 PM I haven't heard anything about "Munich", but I know I sure as hell will be seeing "Syriana." That shit looks bad ass. sir rupert hobo 12-05-2005, 08:54 PM :werd: i have the book to syriana, i just need to read it. "see no evil"... havn't heard anything about munich either. germany? oh yeah, for the guys that liked the 'bourne' series, the bourne ultimatum is coming out early '07. just like the books, it'll be the third and final. i can't WAIT! Palumbo 12-05-2005, 09:22 PM Munich Plot Outline: In the tragic aftermath of the 1972 Munich Olympics, a Mossad agent (Bana) tracks Palestinian terrorists who assassinated Israeli athletes. MosesX605 12-05-2005, 09:37 PM I think I'll see Syriana first, if for no other reason than it has Matt Damon in it. That guy can act. I haven't seen him in a bad movie yet, though I'll admit I haven't seen 'Stuck on You.' $100T2 12-05-2005, 10:28 PM I've never heard of either of them. Manntis 12-06-2005, 01:49 PM I'll lend you 'Stuck On You' next time you're over, Matt. I just watched 'The Talented Mr. Ripley' again the other night. That's a film that proves conclusively that Matt Damon is an excellent actor. Also willing to sacrifice for the craft - for 'Courage under Fire' he lost about 30 lbs to look convincing as a navy supply tech secretly addicted to heroin - before he was guaranteed the part. Supper 12-06-2005, 02:39 PM though I'll admit I haven't seen 'Stuck on You.' one of the few recent "comedies" that I actually laughed during. Its worth it just for the way they run the burger joint. |
