Easy on the eyes, looks professional. The graphics at the bottom are a little excessive though. A simple line or gradient a few pixels tall is usually more than enough. And if you added some more text and graphics in the main body to move the bottom border down enough to where it isn't all on the screen at the same time it would look pretty good as well.
