I never had the chance to meet 1st Lt. Robert C. Oneto-Sikorski, but I know that right now it is very trying for the family. On top of all of this, it seems that getting information about funeral services is still sketchy. I just wish I could help.... Mrs. Eloise was handing out candy to trick or treaters when she was told of what had happened. I just hope that things turn around for this family soon; it just seems as though nothing has been going their way.
