yesterday, me and my sister were driving into town, and right as we got over a hill, a cop was sitting there clocking everyone, we got pulled for ding a 53 in a 35, but there was a nice lexus in front of us doing faster than us, maybe 56-7, and the cop didnt even notice he said, but anyways, it was 208 and 4 points, and it was my sisters first ticket, she asked him if he was supposed t ogive a warning for the first time, and he said that they are not aloud t odo that, or make the price less or anything anymore??? do yall have any suggestions on how to get it lowered/dropped?

Theyre allowed to.  Sounds like a quota to me.  When she goes to court all you can do is ask for defensive driving to lower your insurance.

the only thing that u can do is to offer the cop some money and tell him that he didnt see anything... or tell him that if he doesnt lower the ticket the mexican mafia will kick his ugly ass. I mean it always works for me

well i talked to a s.c. highway patrolmen, and he said that in some citys, there is a fine, i forgot the official name of it, but he said it would just bew a few bucks over the regular fine, but it would rid of the points, and it will also not make insurance increase

Idk they are really good about that increased fine thing in Lyman.  Spartanburg county will screw anyone unless your officer is late.  Spartanburg city will let u watch videos for 2 hrs. if its your first ticket and you're under 18...  I'll never speed in NC again, except at Shady Side... 85mph down the 1/8th.

Well, I got pulled over two days ago and got a ticket.  PFFFT.  I was going slower than traffic around me, but I think the decals on the car and the fact that it's a red convertible put me out like a sore thumb.  This is my second and I've never gotten a warning, so you're not alone.  I do think he was b/sing yo though.  My cop lowered the ticket to 52 bucks and two points.  I think you just got shafted.  Not much you can really do about it, though.

I got myself a ticket too. 64 in a 45. This is my first one. It was at night, I didn't see anyone else on the road, I never saw the cop until he pulled me over.

I got one too last night on the way to see emily, steve and all them at the sushi bar.  I didnt even know I was speeding.  Ive found several ways out of the ticket though so Im not worried.
