I need to hear from anyone who has put the 2.3L turbo into a 2.3L Ranger. I know how to do it, and I know how to make it work, I just would like to know the shortcommings of it that one can only know from operating one. My Wife will be using it, so I'd like to know if she can operate it without any real problems. She likes to "just drive the darned thing" and not worry about technical issues like....oil level (ouch), tire pressure("it rolls") and whether or not it's in overdrive on the highway("Honey, the truck was making a roaring noise over 70"). So, other than better acceleration, and better Pulling power(torque for towing) what are some side effects of the change-over?
