Even though no one this site would ever think of doing such a thing, I thought I would like to post some rules to go by.

I think everyone knows the rules from a stop so I guess this is for rolling starts.

1.  Get beside your opponet
2.  See if he wants to play
3.  Gear down
4.  Listen to him gear down
At this point both contenders should be ready.
5.  Driver on the inside lane is designated to do the beeping.
3 constants beeps should do it.
3rd beep it punch it
