Yeah, it does kinda suck when you've got business to conduct and the site is down. I have some PM's on there that contain information that I can't get to and its causing a problem.

If it were just once every year or 2 then it would not be so bad. It is every 2-3 months or less, it seems.

Like...on the website? It's more of a pain in the ass to keep it up to date, rather than just making weekly/biweekly postings on rx7club.

I dont keep many at all parts around these days like I did in years past...everything is focused on engine internals only. The few misc. non-internal parts that I do have, I just want rid of quickly and cheaply.

The rx8club site is kinda wierd...or at least some of the users are. I have already gotten into it with a few of them resulting in some thread closures/deletions. The mods will wipe a thread at the very first sign of a dispute there.

I do occasionally post there and on rx8web. Unless you want to talk about body kits, wheels or air filters, or the 10 thousand dollar turbo kits coming out, there really isn't much to say about them at this point.

I have a serious question guy's..

The longer the seben club is down the more people will go too other forum's/websites to pass time or shop ya know do whatever.

Like what happened here i can see alot of our member's have come over here since the crash! Like me i joined here back in 2005 but only since recently ive been actually posting!

How many member's do you think the club will lose due to people not coming bak or getting fed up with all the problems. Or do you think the site will grow more?

I think the site will take a temporary hit...then if thing's operate smoothly the member's will grow again!

What do you think?

Meh, the club has always been like that.

We still do the ZEMS group buys there instead of TFL, why would we do it at TFL? How many people here even know what a ZEMS is without looking it up? :P

All the "consistent" users will come right back. It's hard to ignore the amount of information stored there, and the potential for sales/purchases of parts and cars.

As soon as the site is back up, thing's will be just like they where. As for me though, I am on XBOX LIVE with Halo 3, so im not missing the club to much.
However, they may have us a new lounge for most of you guys to go wipe shit and boogers in. Until then...........just keep PIIDB I'll see some of you tator head's on High Ground.

No Pistons is an alright site, you must have ten posts to view the general discussion. But DAMN........that place really can get quiet sometime's

When RX7club is down i usually migrate to here, and Honda-Tech's general discussion, since it's somewhat like the lounge. You never realize how dependant you are on a forum until it goes down..it's kinda shocking.

meh - I was a 'consistant' user until a meathead mod started posting info on how to steal our cars. Now I'm here.

I think there is sheep that will flock right back...and yes there is a ton of info there but you dont have to post to use that info. Soo i dont know i find myself wandering the far reaches of the internet more lately and im discovering new and more interesting sites like this one check it out!
