Awesome. There's a few treehuggers on one of the bullriding forums i'm on. They're quite annoying, saying the hotshots are cruel and everything.
The shocking device is an easily concealed device. Although small, the electric prod delivers 5,000 volts of extreme pain. Rodeo animal abusers often shock their victims repeatedly before releasing them, driving them wild with torment. SHARK offers money to rodeo people to take a shock from the same device they use on their victims. These supposedly macho "cowboys" always refuse!
okay, I have yet to be offered cash from taking a zap from a hotshot. If given the opportunity for a decent amount of cash (Like, more than $5) i'd do it. I've been involved in hotshot fights before; they really don't hurt that much.

Sadly these people are so closed-minded they refuse to actually learn the truth. They'd rather believe what peta/shark tells them than go do a little research and think for themselves. Not to mention their ad campaigns are totally ridiculous.

Growing up in texas i can tell you the POS hotshots dont hurt as much as people say/think. I mean they are a BIG surprise but they dont really hurt any worse then stumping your toes when going to the bathroom at 3am. But then again i guess i cant say much as i used to work in a security and after that the police stun sticks dont hurt at all. They leave a nice burn mark but not much pain.

The only shock i have ever had that really agitated me/almost put me on my ass was from my little brothers 68 Chevy truck. Kept frying cools so we stuck a MSD blaster coil in it.... Thought that shorted and i was holding the plug on a ground to see, but unfortunately the damn thing grounded to me and i couldnt tell him to stop turning it over. :owned:
