Not so much anymore, but when i was little, I wouldn't let my feet hang off the edge of the bed, because I just knew some psycho was under my bed waiting to cut off my feet!

And extension ladders. Heights are fine, just no extension ladders.

I didn't play HS football because I was afraid of my knees being taken out sideways...

Im with you on the ladders. I'll climb any sized broadcast tower with a smile on my face, but i fucking HATE ladders, unless they are securely bolted to a wall, or part of a structure. Unsecured ladders can suck my dick. My boss has learned this, and now makes sure i have the job that doesnt require me running up and down that rickety piece of shit all day..
