Hightach Tibby 09-12-2003, 01:41 AM ran a 9.2 @ 75.xxx i guess that's ok...it wasn't much fun...i still like autoX better. I feel like i need to work on the launch a little better preludedude 09-12-2003, 08:09 AM what was u launching at? a 9.2 is typical i guess..im sure with some practice, you can get high 8s...u go to SS or Greer? Mark 95SE 91lx 09-12-2003, 08:12 AM thats good for a daily driver. i think the AWD kills your trap speed though. a new EVO could only run a best of 9.01 in about 10 passes to my best 8.97@79mph. wish someone had a video. Cosby 09-12-2003, 08:19 AM I don't think thats too bad. Id keep going back and practicing. It may not be as fun as autocross but it is definitely good practice for autocross if nothing else. How you leave the line into a long straight would be paramount. Hightach Tibby 09-12-2003, 10:50 AM i'm not going back until i get the cobb, utec, or vishnu ecu Stegall 09-13-2003, 01:42 AM im sure theres DEFAINTLY more to be had out of your car the way it sits now... after drving it i would say it feels alot faster then a low 9 second car. Run it at a 1/4 track. 1/4 times are always more impressive then 1/8 mile times IMO 91lx 09-14-2003, 12:18 AM you should be able to get a 1.9X 60-ft from what ive seen .1 off your 60-ft is .15 off your et. |
