Iran + nukes is not a problem. No one is going to detonate a nuclear bomb over Israel. It will never happen. In fact if you gave a nuke warhead to each of the Palistinian/Iranian terror groups, still nobody would detonate a nuke in Israel.

There are 2 reasons. The first is logical. If Iran were to launch a nuclear strike capable of "removing Israel from the face of the Earth", how could they justify the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Moslems living in Israel, Jordan, Syria, Saudia Arabia, etc. who would certainly be affected by the blast wave or the accompanying fallout? Israel's average width is only 50 miles. Also, if the bomb wasn't large enough, and Israel's nuclear capability were to survive, it would mean instant annihilation for Tehran and other major Iranian cities.

Since none of these logical points would matter to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, we can rest assured that Sean Penn will visit again and talk some sense into him.

The second reason is that it is simply unbiblical. There's no prophecy for another destruction of Israel.
