I've been doing that lately too, but I'm sick of it!
How do you deal with all the change?? It's taking over my life...
All over my car seats, every surface in my bedroom is covered with it, constantly falling outta my pockets etc etc....
I bet I could go round up $100 and take it to the bank.... might actually do it today!!!
Alex-7 03-04-2009, 12:41 PM I lack the patience to separate all my change into jars..... Most of it falls out of my pockets before I get it home anyway....
wotnartd 03-04-2009, 12:57 PM Not a big fan of cash. Huge fan of debit.
oakback 03-04-2009, 02:46 PM We have an over sized baby bottle that some gifts came in, doubles as a coin bank. Last time we cashed in our change, we were expecting something in the $40 range, it ended up being over $90.

Steel 03-04-2009, 07:19 PM Nothing. I try not to keep shit in my pockets as much as possible. It drives me nuts. I'll keep the wallet in the backpack or jacket pockets.
Tofuball 03-04-2009, 10:39 PM Here is a picture of what I found in my pocket.

Steel 03-11-2009, 01:41 AM I used to have one of those radios, back in the day when iwas a civil air patrol cadet. Great little thing. Sold it for a transmission for my rx7

oakback 03-12-2009, 08:27 AM haha, that's awesome
Tofuball 03-16-2009, 09:45 AM I need to have that one explained to me.

LOL at the fuse....every rx7 owner knows that necessity.
Who knows the old gum wrapper fuse trick?
95whitepep 03-16-2009, 03:20 PM right now I am thinking about reducing the number of items in my pockets.
Currently I have a wallet, cellphone, ipod, security badge, keys. Change always stays in the car.
This is what I am thinking.
Get one of those iphone wallets, combine the wallet, switch to iphone, ditch the cellphone, and keep the security badge on there as well. Now for Keys, I was thinking about attaching the keychain somehow to the wallet. That way everything is in the wallet.
I keep it in my front pocket anyway. The car has a hands free bluetooth....no worries there. IT would be the swiss army wallet.
Alex-7 03-19-2009, 01:12 PM This is what I am thinking.
Get one of those iphone wallets,
You'd look pretty cool talking on your phone with your wallet covering your face!

(not pictured) The phone used to take this picture with.
We should do a "what's in your center console"... I LOL'd when I realized I had 4 things in mine this morning... cologne, condoms, mardi gras beads, and 5-hour energy...
Alex-7 03-19-2009, 01:37 PM loooooooooooooooool!
I shook my head... pretty fucking funny...
Oh, I forgot to picture my wallet in the pocket picture too...
95whitepep 03-19-2009, 04:52 PM You'd look pretty cool talking on your phone with your wallet covering your face!
http://www.ipodboss.com/45981099.jpg
I have bluetooth in the car MOFO.....
And I'd defiantly get a wireless bluetooth earpiece then...
I'll bet that the next iphone will have a detachable one.
wotnartd 03-19-2009, 05:22 PM Zero, all i have in my center console is 30 sticks of chocolate malt milk mix.
Alex-7 03-19-2009, 05:31 PM The only way to look stupider than talking with your wallet covering your face is with a blue tooth ear thingy.
You're not always in the car.
95whitepep 03-19-2009, 05:38 PM The only way to look stupider than talking with your wallet covering your face is with a blue tooth ear thingy.
You're not always in the car.
90% of my calls are in the car. Of the calls that I have at home, thats a bluetooth setup to regular cordless phones (I have no land line) Dock-n-Talk FTMFW!
So 99.9 percent of my calls dont involve me sticking my cell phone to my ear.
Probably once or twice a month do I have to do it.
So yea, I'm pretty much covered here.....
Animal 03-19-2009, 07:59 PM My center console? Small tools (Allen wrench for radio antenna, offset screwdriver, etc), mileage log book, roll of electrical tape, snowmobile trail maps, carwash tokens, a few napkins, about 18" of 1" wide sticky-back velcro, pens, connector for radio faceplate, keychain with house/mail key on it.... among other shit
Supper 03-23-2009, 10:49 PM I pulled this off another site and thought it would be cool to see who's got what in their pockets.
EDCF much?
Up here its:
one black
one blue
one red pen
pocketknife
ID Badge with associated documentation
assorted grease pens
daily organizer (keep notes on where I am so if someone wants to bitch at me about something I didn't do)
Cell phone
iPod
no cell service out here on the edge of nothing, limited internet depending on the time of day, a grand total of 18 people working on this entire facility...
