I've tried a few brands, including the one that Costco sells and all of them have such a terrible taste.

But lately I've done some research on the best tasting whey and it seems that everyone is touting that their's is the best in taste.

I've narrowed it done to a few brands that seem to have good reviews and selection of flavors.

I like to know if any of u had tried any of these whey products and/or if there are other whey that u would recommend.

I'm avoiding Soy protein due to reports of them possessing plant estrogens.

How long have u been taking Spirulina?

From my understanding it has more protein than steak, weight for weight, without the cholesterol and fat.

What about egg white? Ever try those powders made from freeze dried egg whites?
