I can only sleep on my side or on my back, but almost always on my side.

I use to be able to sleep on my stomach all the time when I was younger.

What gives?

Anyone have a similar problem with sleeping? Another thing is I can't sleep unless I am completely laying on my back or if I am fucking wasted.

Discuss.

Honestly, just go and have fun in your life while you still can.

I do try and enjoy life, but once I'm in bed the question of why not face down irks me

You worry too much. Go with the flow man. Take sleeping pills if you want.

Well growing up I was overweight. I use to be able to sleep on my stomach when I was 230 pounds. Now I weigh 170lbs. and I can't anymore. That does make sense though.

Repressed memories of your parents/babysitter trying to suffocate you as you rested? :dunno:

I don't think people were built to sleep on their bellies in the first place!

My personal favorite is on my back w/ wife curled up next to w/ her head on my chest.

I think that's one of the ways men were biult to sleep.

Lame.

It's all about positioning! The arm must go under the neck.

Or maybe it's my MASSIVE PULSATING PECTORALS.

HYA!

 Bingoo

+2 for the numbness. I feel my cells dieing from the lack of oxygen getting to my arm.

Meh, i can sleep on my stomach still. I usually end up waking up on my back, but i'll readily fall asleep face first in the pillow.
