I had a incident years ago.
At one of my other stations
Some dick head white guy started shit.
All I do is confront him, he says "fuckyou what are you going to do".
So I proceed to punch the fag in the face.
Once I punched him, what does he do??
Holds his face, acts like a bitch and calls the cops.
So the ordeal goes on. Fag pressed charges for 2nd degree
assault, and tries to sue my parent company and the Oil company.

Ended up paying thousands in lawyer fees, to beat the fags
money grab ploy.. anyways..

Fastforward ..

This guy is a thief. Wife caught this guy on camera being a petty
thief stealing dollars worth of shit. I was going to confront this guy
next time I saw him, but my wife tells me to let it go and have a cool
head and etc.

So today, this same theif comes in here. Not as a customer
blocks my pumps come in and ask for some "matchs".
I said No, its 25cent. he had some smart comment..
I told him, go get matches where you bought your cigarettes.
Then said, "if you weren't a thief, maybe i would give you some
matches".. So words were exchanged, and the fucking loser
actually had the nerve to call me out to fight or what ever.
Knowing what happened before, i get face to face with him
and tell him, cameras are rolling, all you have to do is touch me
and I'll show you how bad ill beat your ass. But he wouldn't move.
So I told the loser to leave and get out.. The FUCKER said NO, make him.
I think to myself.. WTF.. If I touch this bastard, he's going to claim hes
hurt and true to sue me and everyone else..

SO HERE I AM IN MY OWN STORE, AND CAN'T FORCE A THIEF OUT MY
STORE PHYSICALLY. KEEPING A COOL HEAD AND NOT PULLING OUT MY
GLOCK, I GET ON THE PHONE AND CALL THE POLICE. Then THE THIEF
LEAVES WHILE IM ON THE PHONE WITH HE COPS.

MY POINT IS THIS..

WHY CAN'T I PHYSICALLY REMOVE SOMEONE OFF MY PROPERTY??
ITS FUCKING BULLSHIT. IF I HAVE TO PHYSCIALLY REMOVE SOMEONE
AND THEY GET HURT, IM LIABLE???? I SWEAR SOMETIMES
