Cosby 07-19-2003, 05:19 PM I am most likely buying a wideband o2 sensor and datalogging unit capable of 40+ minutes of logging on board as well as the clip and tail pipe holder, etc. I probably wont buy the extra stuff to make it usable on other cars unless there is a demand for it around here. I would charge about $30/hour for it with no exceptions. Its a very nice system. Cosby 07-22-2003, 03:30 PM I guess no one cares :( It will be here in less than a week though. 91lx 07-22-2003, 09:50 PM my smog pump is plumbed as a crankcase evacuation pump not sure if it would work well. Cosby 07-22-2003, 09:56 PM whats with stangn? You could just add the mustang parts to illstreet instead of making a new forum and stealin' "shootin the breeze" :) TVS50LX 07-22-2003, 10:15 PM Who is it made by? I would like to do some custom tuning on my car, but can't afford to buy one of those quite yet. 91lx 07-22-2003, 10:26 PM my gallery never works i cant log into it now i just wanted a place to keep pics and stuff. the site and forums are dead I dont want to advertise til i get hella more content up. selling stuff works well though i got a call and sold that car. also sold the other white coupe tonight. Now I only have a 351W, the race car and tons of exhaust piping for my turbo project. need to sell the 96 GT dont want to drive to NJ rather sell it locally. Cosby 07-23-2003, 12:48 AM I just checked your gallery. Logged in as you, uploaded an image... worked fine Cosby 07-23-2003, 12:53 AM Originally posted by TVS50LX Who is it made by? Im a first production run on this wideband setup so you wont recognize the manufacturer. Its been tested by the haltech user group with VERY positive results. I will be tuning two cars with it in the week after I get it. Cosby 07-23-2003, 01:33 PM this is from the engineer at the company that is producing these units: In the design stage we tested a fairly good number of prototype units (20) with about 50 sensors against lab-grade calibrated gases of known lambda. The gases used were 0.8, 0.85, 0.9 and 1.0 lamba. We found a worst case deviation of +-0.07 lambda (~ +-0.1 AFR). This accuracy was measured right after free-air calibration with each sensor. After a number of hours the accuracy will decrease with stock OEM sensors because the sensors themself drift. This can be corrected by free-air calibration. Katana200sx 07-25-2003, 01:01 AM off topic: last time i tried to log into my gallery it wouldnt let me. it would just reload the login pop-up except my password wouldnt be there Cosby 07-25-2003, 02:47 AM When it does that it is actually logging you in but it doesnt refresh the main page and close the login window like its supposed to. The main thing that causes that is any form of anti popup windows program. If it does it again just go back to the main page and refresh it and it should show that you are logged in. |
