Reminds me of the good old days on the RX-7 Club forum and JoeD showing up listing an FD as his vehicle.

Of course after awhile it became obvious he didn't have an FD, and when I called him out, the story changed to that he was looking for an FD. After bragging about how rich his parents were for awhile, I asked why he hadn't scored that FD yet. The story got better; he was waiting for the perfect silver R2. I think people even pointed him towards silver R2s for sale at that point and he turned everything down because it had to be local too, so the running joke was that it had to be a perfect silver R2 and within walking distance.

Then he claimed his parents gave him their older Mercedes Benz and started talking about all the highway races he was getting into and winning... until I pointed out that the performance numbers on his car were worse than an 80s Mustang GT.

Then he said he was getting a brand new 2003 Honda S2000 the absolute minute they hit dealerships... but of course that never happened either.

Then I guess he just cracked under the pressure, because he went over the top... his parents supposedly bought a brand new SL55 AMG ($125,000+ sticker price) and gave it to him to drive, and we had to listen to all of his bullshit race stories about that car. Of course, a digital camera couldn't be found to prove it, conveniently.

Finally, I just had his dumb ass banned, along with his cock smoking friend and partner in bullshit, JRK. :bigthumb:
