For 4 years I was the Little League "T-ball commissioner". This job required me to form 12-15 neighborhood teams and procure Volunteer coaches for each of those little teams. I then was responsible for getting those volunteers to coach training. I also formed the season game schedule as well as distributed team uniforms and needed equipment.
For 1 year I was a Cub Scout "Cubmaster" I was responsible for chartering the Pack, preparing the years outdoor schedule, forming individual Dens, procuring Den Leaders for each Den.
For 2 years I was Divisional commissioner for AYSO. I was responsible for forming balanced teams within the City, procuring Coaches for each team. Setting game schedules, distributing equipment, forming all star committees, forming all star teams, choosing all star coaches.
for 4 years I was AYSO Board Member my position was "Field Commissioner". My responsibilities were to procure from the City local fields for the entire organization to utilize for practice and games. I also was an integral part in City planning of new communities and the athletic fields associated with each new community. My duties also included assigning these fields for individual divisions to practice and play on. My duties also included forming a huge team of volunteers within the city to A.) put the individual fields together (Goals, Goal nets, painted lines) at the beginning of the season and B.) Naming individual volunteers to maintain the painted lines and repair the nets during the season.
As you can see, I have many many years of experience. As far as the Dems are concerned...I should have much more experience than anyone running for POTUS at this point.
