For university students this is pretty standard stuff, or at least it should be. First, pick a topic. Then, go to the library and get every single book that you can on your chosen topic. Make sure however that the books that you are checking out have only one copy in the library. Third, take those books home and set them on your shelf. Now forget about them. Now, log onto your computer and go to wikipedia. Search for your topic there and copy as much as is applicable to your paper. Then, periodically go through each sentence and use WP's thesaurus function to throw off attempts to conclusively prove that you have been plagiarizing. After the paper is done, use the books that you got from the library to cite all of the stuff that you got from wikipedia. Now hand in your paper. Be sure to keep your library books until after you get your paper back, so as to avoid getting caught using made up sources.

The outline comes after you write the body of your paper. I didn't forget it, just didn't see the point in adding something that everyone already does. You might notice that I didn't mention writing an intro, thesis, or conclusion either. I also didn't talk about indenting paragraphs. Wanna chew my ass for that too?
