Ok so one of my glorious jobs is tech support for Kraft. Today its been a good day not too many bad calls. But then i get a gem of a southern caller. He is calling in because there is a message on his screen saying the program is ending abnormally please call the computer center. I said ok we can take a look into that error message we just need to log a ticket to the correct department here. I then get a little gem of a question from him. He replies with ohh well ok but who is error message is he someone that works here at the plant? All i could do is say no give me a second before putting him on hold and dieing laughing.
