It's easy. How fast can you afford to go?

Pretty simple with a grannys kit. If I did it again, I'd make my own subframe. And tranny crossmember.

I'll get some up when its 100% completed. The car will probably be painted this winter. Its only got 50k on it, and the paints immaculate, but I hate the blue with blue interior.

Engine swaps are great but i wouldn't reccomend one for the average person with a street car. Sure you can make a fast car with a swap, but in the end you are just bastardizing it 95% of people with rx-7 should stick to a good rebuilt street port and start from there if you look at it from the pain hassle/ bug factor of a swap and the labour+items it all adds up. In the end keeping the motor that came with the car in there is the best idea as any swap car unless loads of money is poured into it to do it right will just make and unreliable but fast car.

it's funny that the SBF is the engine choice here. Most people are trying to do SBC. I have been considering a V8 swap but really like to keep the rotary. Still can't decide.

Well I'd say most just stick with what they know. I've been around ford motors all my life. Obviously there are a lot more sbc enthusiasts out there.

I love the blue exterior color... The blue interior sucks though.
