resting heartrate is ussually about 55 but its been as low as 45.

I was around 70-75. I just drank a big cup of cofee though, and I usally don't have much caffine, so that might be part of it. I'm also a bit out of shape :dunno:

Same here and I don't work out. I expect to live long enought to die from cancer or maybe a stroke. Both my Dad's parent had strokes (smokers), but that didn't kill them directly. Even so Dad's Dad lived to 92. Mom's Dad died due to complications from pancriatic cancer and that leaves me with one living grandparent.

Yeah, i dont work out either. Always had a slow heartbeat, usually its around 45-50, but 56 was the best i could do before starting the thread, lol
