I wear jeans/tshirt/hat to work. We're pretty laid back, even upstairs. Obviously the head guys dress a little nicer, especially when they're doing the dog-and-pony shows for n00bs and potential clients.

Every now and then we have a "Dress for success" day and I freak out trying to find stuff to wear that doesn't involve jeans. Shirts aren't a problem, but I don't own a pair of "slacks".
