So if everyone in a commune leaves who get the stuff?

Really, if it's all community property and everyone leaves who gets the goods? My local car club states what to do in the bylaws, but what about the hippies?

Where are the hippies gonna go besides a commune? And I don't think hippies have "goods".

Well, these folks have 1000 acres and make $500,000/year off the business. I'm sure that someone actually owns the land unless it's in some kind of trust.
