So you know how people try to judge traffic and fly out in front of you so they don't have to wait a good 5 seconds for you to safely pass before entering traffic from a stop sign.

I was actually saving to get an RX7 with LS1. I dont think I will go that route now. (maybe)
He did. I have a lawsuit pending. Trying to get something out of it. I think its fucked up. Not like I asked for the asshole to pull out in front of me.
I am quite surprised to have no real injuries when i wasnt even wearing my seatbelt. I Had an MRI taken on Thursday. I will have the results on MOnday.

well my back did hurt and thought to be a more serious injury thats why my doctor set me up for an MRI. Thats why I said their is a lawsuit pending. I may not have one. Probably just have to take what the car is worth (about 1500) and go with it. Start over from square one. Sucks when ya get screwed over like that.

Save those medical bills if you don't plan on going with a lawyer. You are entitled to a bodily injury payout from the other guy's insurance. Well, it may be different in Florida, but that's how it works in California.
