I always believed that if you drive/ride like everyone wants to hit you, you're pretty safe. Up here, I would never get a motorcycle, it's like the asshole New Englanders try to kill all the guys on bikes.

I rode the CR-500's too, they don't have torque. But they do have a something like 15hp jump in less then 2k rpms.
The XR's have the torque, the CR's have the arm stretching, but clenching power that makes you just go
