What's the most reliable car you've ever owned?

It's dead, and this will get more attention here than the General Car Forum.

The topic speaks for itself...so discuss

2001 Mustang GT I guess. I can't speak for the Civic because it's only afew months old.

Problems with Mustang:
1. Leaky rear dif in 2002. Took me about 30 minutes to repair and cost less than 30 bucks.
2. ABS module gave out late 2005. Cost about $700.00

That's it. Not bad for a Ford. All of my other cars were used and had their share of problems.

My current commuter, the 98 Chevy Cavalier (2.2L pushrod) refuses to die. I bought it at about 94k miles or so, and i've used and abused it. 10k miles between oil changes and all.

I can't say the same for any of my import cars i've owned

The 97 Taurus we have needs a f'n timing chain. I can feel it slipping every now and then. Other than that, it's done pretty good so far. I need to find out whether it's an interference engine or not. I'd hate for it to break and take the engine with it

My 83 RX-7 oddly enough.

Nothing could kill that thing. I drove it down the 210 freeway in LA, on a Friday at six o'clock, with half the fins on the radiator uncoiled, after driving it six hundred miles earlier in the day, and I made it from 5 to Ontario at an average speed of 3 miles an hour. It went on to last me two more years with no breakdowns or problems, logging 30K a year.

Solid as a fucking rock.
