Is there a cover charge?
While we do not have a cover charge, there is a minimum table spend.
We have our own parking lot and parking across the street. We also have Valet service parking on Friday and Saturdays.
The Forum Lounge is a strict 21+ years of age venue. A valid physical ID is required. International guests must bring a physical passport.
